Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with Norwest Reflexology you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments & Bookings:
Clients must book in advance through our online booking system, email or by phone
Please arrive five (5) minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Payment & Pricing:
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, online debit and credit card payments or prepaid Norwest Reflexology Gift Certificates
Prices are subject to change without notice, however prior confirmed bookings will honour the price at the time of booking.
Health & Contraindications:
Clients must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to their treatment date
Norwest Reflexology offerings are not medical treatments and do not replace Professional or Allied healthcare
Norwest Reflexology reserves the right to refuse service where a condition, injury or illness is deemed unsuitable for treatment
Reflexology and Sound Therapy are not recommented in the first trimester of pregnancy
Sound Therapy is not recommended for people with sound induced Epilepsy.
Client Conduct:
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Inappropriate behaviours will result in immediate termination of the session with full payment required
Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene for a comfortable and optimal treatment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Norwest Reflexology we are committed to providing high-quality professional services, we value our time and our clients. To ensure availability and that appointments run smoothly, please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the booked offering fee
No-shows or cancellations within four (4) hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the offering fee.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your treatment session time may be shortened to accommodate the next client
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.
Emergency Exceptions:
Where you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency or illness please advice us as soon as possible
We understand that emergencies happen and will review rescheduling and charges on a case by case basis.
Refunds:
If you are dissatisfied with any service provided please notify us within seven (7) days. We will review your feedback and may offer a refund, partial refund, or a complimentary session at our discretion
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, please choose goods or products carefully before making your purchase
If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement, exhange or refund as required by law
To request a return please provide proof of purchase and details of the issue, goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

When booking a session we may collect your name, contact details, health information and payment details
This information is used solely for appointment management and client treatment records
We may be asked to participate in data collection for Research & Development purposes with our Associations, you will be consulted if you wish to be involved.

To schedule and confirm appointment bookings
To send appointment reminders, booking change requests, promotions or wellness information (where subscribed)
To maintain client records for personalised service and wellness follow-ups.

We do not store payment details - all transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
Marketing & Communications:
Clients may nominate to receive special promotion updates for events or wellness information
